I finally realized the full version of this song was uploaded to Youtube -

(Not sure if this meets Youtube video guidelines, but I don't mind either way whether it's included on the page or not.)

There are some translations posted online for the TV-size version, but not for the full version yet.

Things I'm confused about that I'd be happy to learn about:

Is the kanji really supposed to be "渡し"? I don't get what's happening in this sentence.

嘘だろハートのボヤ騒ぎ
Not sure what ボヤ is supposed to be here... is it "boy" again?

僕に矢を放った恋のキューピー
Is "kyuupii" = "cupid"?

洗ったのお手手
Is this "aratta no otete" or "aratta no ote de"? I saw the latter transliteration on some other websites.

When I looked up 渡し in the dictionary, I mistakenly thought it was the noun "ferry" instead of the verb "ferry." Oops

Still not sure about this one, but it makes some sense in context. "Kewpie" (the dictionary translation) seems to originate from "Cupid" in the first place.

Is this "aratta no otete" or "aratta no ote de"? I saw the latter transliteration by the TV-size translator.

Was confirmed to be "otete," like a child would say it.

I'd still appreciate if someone checked my transliteration + did a translation, though!

First off, I've never encountered that lyrics site before, but that transcription contradicts known reliable sources and contains hallmarks of known unreliable sources, so I'd suggest going off some alternatives:

That being said, this doesn't really affect the romaji in meaningful ways until the last few verses, so I'll just be checking romaji based on what you worked from; I'd recommend looking at the small differences for yourself later.

KUUKINGU → KUKKINGU


Verse 7 Line 4: なんでか最初っから一致 / nande ka saishokkara ichi
ichi → icchi

As for the points you were originally unsure about, I believe ボヤ騒ぎ means some loud, chaotic noise. Normally, upon encountering something like this, I would advise searching for larger parts together to see if it's a compound word, as well as maybe converting katakana to hiragana (since the katakana might just be style where learning resources would have it in hiragana). However, strangely, a quick search for this particular word doesn't give me anything, and I have no idea where I picked it up.

I had the same problem with ボヤ騒ぎ used idiomatically somewhere else but it appears it is just a fuss or a stir [about something] and the ボヤ bit is just from the origin of the phrase.

My native language is Japanese not English, so the following English sentences
may contain any kind of stupid mistakes.

chroma69 thought that ボヤ means "little fire" and that seems correct to me, so ボヤ騒ぎ made up of ボヤ and 騒ぎ roughly means "a disturbance caused by a little fire".
If your girlfriend flirts with you and asks you to feed her (expressed by ぼくにスプーンを渡し お口あーん),
your heart is little flaming/burning and thumping, isn't it?
I think such a mental state is likened to ボヤ騒ぎ there.

(ii)
As chroma69 said, without context you might not understand why the word kewpie is used instead of cupid.
To make things clear, I extract the kewpie's line with the context.

3分クッキングよりスピーディー
ぼくに矢を放った恋のキューピー

In the first line, there exists the phrase 3分クッキング (sanbun → sanpun).
3分クッキング implies キユーピー3分クッキング (キユーピー is pronounced the same as キューピー),
which is a cooking TV show well known to Japanese.
This show is brought by Japanese food manufacturer キユーピー, and name キユーピー comes from the kewpie.
As you might know, the kewpie is a character derived from cupid (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kewpie).
I think that's why the kewpie is used in this song.
