Q: Which is better, the protagonist of a story or an antagonist, and why?
I choose the protagonist because who wants to be an antagonist, who, 99.9% of the time, gets theirs?!

My Wi-Fi, it's gone out . . .
Protagonist
Anti-protagonist.
Jackie Coogan, Charlie Chaplin, and Charles Reisner as the Bully.
Reisner was a former pro boxer who turned actor, writer, and director. He previously worked for Chaplin behind the camera on The Gold Rush. Reisner would later become known as a comedy director working with The Marx Brothers, Jack Benny, and Abbot and Costello, among others.
I love good guys, who whoop evil villains's butts, so protagonist.

But a protagonist can be an antagonist. For example, Light in Death Note.
You know, Light, I always found you attractive.

The antagonist because they stirred up trouble. My favorite antagonist was Potomas from Wedding Peach, because she was just so cute!
