I tend to keep myself busy, so I am too distracted to be sad. Woot for 70 hour work weeks with school full time. Occupy your time. Also on a serious note I recommend exercise if you're suffering from depression. Every therapist ever suggest it, ...no one ever does it.

I don’t know. Bad days seem to occupy my world nowadays. I’m a champ, though. Not convincing? I didn’t believe myself either. 2013, one of the worst years of my life.

I eat something sweet or listen to music
Usually I would drink a lot and play video games but I'm breaking that habit.
I've been petty stressed so I think on my day off Friday I'm going to run so much I'm too tired to care about anything.
When I have bad days I tend to do these activities:
< Art realted projects.
< Watch movies I love.
< Play with my tubby crazy curious cat to calm myself till I feel better and at ease.
< Spend time with my family and all my other pets to feel better.
< Playing a bit of video games sometimes.
< Cleaning and organizing things.
< Studying some stuff I like to learn of have been to keep busy and distracted my mind.
< Walking being outside breathing in the fresh air enjoy the nature around me.
I dance!
