Misaka from AoT can be a bit psychotic. She goes absolutely ballistic anytime someone does anything to Eren.

Accelerator from A Certain Scientific Railgun/Magical Index is fairly psychotic. He seems to have no problem ripping anyone apart who challenges him and seems to have way too much fun fighting people off and participating in his murderous experiments.

Mirai Nikki, Future Diary, is about a lonely kid who gets thrown into a survival game to pick a new god. Each contestant holds a diary that tells them the future in some ways. To keep it as spoiler free as possible, Yuno Gasai is a girl obsessed with the main character who has no problem with killing anyone for any reason.
