What two anime villains would you like to see go up against each other?

Me? Satou from Ajin: Demi-Human vs. Johann from Monster.

Both are mass murderers with different styles. Both are also masters of psychology. The main difference is that Satou likes to do his own killing, while Johann will kill on his own, but prefers to get others to do his dirty work.

Both are highly manipulative. But Satou warms up to you to get you to do his will. Johann is cold and hypnotic. Both would be great chess grand masters.

So who would win? I really don't know. But a lot of innocent people will die before the battle is over.
