Anime like berserk or shin sekai yori???

I have seen Berserk, but not the other one. I assume you mean action, blood, interpersonal conflicts, blood, blood, and more blood. Right?

Helsing has blood. Helsing Ultimate has more, but they really overdo it.

There is Akame ga Kill, which is pretty bloody. But the plot is extremely weak. It look like they made up the story just to support the violence. Plus the ending is disappointing.

Basilisk also seems to have a story made up just for the sake of violence. But the premise is still intriguing. The heirs to to enemy clans fall in love, but then are forced to go to war against each other by the powers that be. There is a lot of betrayal and deceit leading to death after death.

Shigurui is your best bet. It tells the story of events leading up to a final duel between two samurai -- one blind and one with one arm.
