In the future, today, the world will be divided between normal humans and psychicers. Both are badly in need of a comprehensive story line.

Psychic Force is an OVA based on a video game. I thought it might be an OVA of a larger series, but I could not find a reference to any series by that name which would have been produced at the same time or earlier.

Burn is a farm boy who befriends a psychicer on the run named Keith. Keith has been tortured by humans who want to use psychicers as weapons. When the two are reunited, Keith is trying to destroy the human world along with his organization called Noah. That’s about it. Oh, there are a lot of other characters who we have no idea who they are or what they are doing. Basically the entire two-part OVA looks like random scenes taken from a larger series.

Shame. This could have been an interesting 12 or 13 part series. Maybe even longer. But there is not enough eye candy here dazzling the senses to make up for the confusion.

Skip this OVA. You need to be psychic to follow Psychic Force.
