I would love to be a magical girl! At least so long as I get to be cute!!!

I would want the power of transformation! I would want to be able to completely transform myself and others however I wanted without limitation or any time limit!

What value are powers like super strength or speed if I can turn you into a powerless slug with just a thought! But if that is too OP, then at least the ability to transform myself however I want
