Can You Defend Yourself Physically?

I don't believe in fighting ('cept for on Digimon and in urgent situations, of course), but this question just floated in my mind and I thought curiously about AF members. Can they fight? Let me cut to the chase.

Q: Can you defend yourself physically?

I wanna' hear from all you black-belts out there!!

I train regularly in very basic LE defensive tactics. Nothing fancy.

I was born with glass bones and paper skin so fighting is out for me. Lol no but I do have arthritis in my wrists so if I do punch some one it might hurt me more.

In dangerous situations, I tend to be really FUNNY xD, cussing at my direct enemy and all that.

My favorite motto when brawling? "I'm gonna' make you my B****!"

EDIT: Fighting is not the answer. Protecting yourself, however, is a different story. Be safe out there.

I can't fight, or even stick up for myself really. Also I have a bum left arm and arthritis in my knees. (Having gotten it at 16 I've been called granny knees.) So I don't think I'd last long in any type of physical altercation.

Personally, I hate fighting. I think I could hold my own in a fight if I really had too, but I would do everything I could to avoid it.

Personally don't like fighting unless I have to. That being said, I know how to box, kickbox and grapple so I can hold my own if the need arises.
