Learning Japanese via Audio?

So, with my work we do a lot of mindless, repetitive work. We're aloud to have music playing with a headphone in to 'help pass the time'. Instead, I wanna use this time wisely and learn some Japanese. I'm wondering if anyone here may know of any good audio books or audio apps on the Android store I could put on my mobile too download/buy and play in the background to help myself learn the language? I would like it to have as minimal interaction on my end as possible. I just want to plug in and play. We're ALOUD to have phones for music. But being on our phones constantly will result in a warning; which I would like to avoid. :P

It depends on your level of Japanese at the moment. For what it's worth as well, I don't think passive engagement with a language is viable to actually learn the language for the first time, only [debatably] to reinforce and test what you already know.

My knowledge is very little at the moment.

I'm not looking at this as a concrete way to advance through the stages of the language. Merely just a way to pass time and learn a thing or two as I work and hope that over time some of it will mentally stick. This will be taken very casually compared to an 'aggressive' learning stance.
