I would first add Gretel, as in Hansel and Gretel from Black Lagoon. Even though they both were in just two episodes, they did make an impact.



Next the vampire Sunako from Shiki, though in the end she is a bit vulnerable.

Can't really answer this one, i don't watch this types of anime's and or bother to care about some little girls, tho I have seen Black Lagoon.

Pan from GT. Sure she is a good guy and not very strong compared to other DBZ/GTcharacters, but she is very deadly... Compared to other animes at least.

Although I did hate Dragonball GT. It was the death of Dragonball for me.

Yeah GT seems to be generally hated. I did like the shadow dragons and Super 17 though.

They're Hansel and Gretel. I mentioned them above. Gretel is the little girl, although they do exchange identities. Homicidal, gender-bending adolescent twins. What's not to love?
