Has anyone else been watching this series on Adult Swim/Toonami? They are up to chapter 5, and I am not sure what I am watching. The English dub is so awful with those fake British aristocratic accents, I am not sure if I am watching a serious adventure anime, or a spoof. I guess I should check out the original Japanese dub to see what it is like, but without a trained ear, it is hard to decipher accents in a foreign language.

I have yet to decide if I like this anime series or not. I do give it high marks for the effort to be original. This is a different twist on the vampire anime, though it remains to be seen if it remains original.

Bro, watch Jojo. It's my favorite anime of all time. Part 1 starts off kind of standard, but part 2 sets the gears in motion. Season 2 starts the hype train, season 3 builds up to the most amazing moment in Anime OPs I have ever heard, Part 4 is by far the most fabulous and extravagant story and animation I have ever witnessed.

How many seasons and episodes does this thing have anyway? (I'm too lazy right now to look it up.)

I'll stay with the series for now. It's not all bad so far, and I can see where there is plenty of time for it to pick up speed.

108? Not good. I have long running anime series because eventually they all become repetitive. Inuyasha had nothing new to offer after 70 episodes, and that wasn't even the halfway point, as I recall. Bleach lasted a bit longer, but eventually that series too became the same-old same-old.
