My country has its own dub for its TV version which translates roughly like this:

The entire city
is a really fun place for playing around
Oh how happy
I am really happy

If this is the case, I am being busy
Keep on efforts, just in order to chase her
The sun is shining so brightly full of all its lovely feeling
However still why, I am the one getting yelled at?

In the nice summer is a really happy place to play around
The elephant caught a flu
and is catching cold continuously

without anybody even daring to disturb
