I do hate to be that person, but assuming you posted this to demonstrate your ability, I'd like to correct some mistakes where I see them, since some of your post isn't exactly correct, and other parts have a very English-y tone about them.
So, as far as a translation of what you've said goes, I'm going to try to do a mixture of literal and artful so you can maybe see where some thing look odd to me.
"Everyone, hello (for the first time), I say Maika (Mike?). Please call me Maika. I am studying Japanese for 18 years already. I am creating YouTube Anime Videos."
As for what could work better for you, I'd advise something along the lines of:
みんなさん、はじめまして。マイカと言ってもいいです。18年ぐらい日本語を勉強したことがあ ります。
YouTubeでアニメレビュービデオをアップします。よろしくお願いします!
I'll break it apart for you as well, since some of the grammar may be new to you.
みんなさん(this is even optional; it's not really needed)、はじめまして。
マイカと言ってもいいです(~temoii is a form that means "it's okay to do X", making this loosely translate to "It's okay to call me Maika") 。
18年ぐらい(about 18 years, since you probably don't know the exact time, nor are you expected to)日本語を勉強したことがあります。(~ta koto ga arimasu means "I have done X", and in this case means "I have studied Japanese for about 18 years")
YouTubeでアニメレビュービデオをアップします。(This one doesn't need much explanation, really. Literal: "I upload anime review videos by means of YouTube"; Artful: "I upload anime review videos to YouTube." I changed the word choice since I felt this fit better)
よろしくお願いします!(Always a good introduction finisher. Loosely means something along the lines of "treat me kindly" and I hear this literally all the time.)
Very good first shot though! I just wanted to make sure you don't get into the habit of using the right things in the wrong places. It's hard to unlearn, believe me >~<

勝手な解釈すみませんが、
ご返事について少し書かせていただきます。
私には、マイカさんの自己紹介には変なところはありません。
ですが、改まった分には気になるところは以下です。
「マイカと言ってもいいです」 は、英語に訳すと "It's alright to call me Maika."
つまり、許可するのです。ちょっとした違和感を感じませんか。
マイカさんの、「マイカと言います」は "I'm called Maika." が直訳ですが
"My name's Maika."
