You should be able to, but you have to go the advanced reply. If you go to the quick reply, click the "Go to Advanced" button next to "Submit Reply". From there you have a section called "Additional Options" and in that there's a spot for attachments which will allow you to upload pics from home.

But if you've tried all that and it's still not working, I'd suggest making a thread about it here http://www.animeforum.com/forumdispl...sues-Questions . I just ask that you provide as much detail as possible for our Site Admins to quickly resolve the issue.

Edit: I tried it when posting this reply just to make sure it works, and it does. So it if worked for me, it should work fine for you.
