Heartbroken?

Q: Have you ever gotten your heart broken? If so, how did you cope?

Yes. To make it short the story, depression kicked in for about 3 months, I couldn't function at work and home. I hid my depression. For two years, I tried filling my heart with other girls and aggressively working out non-stop. 5 to 4 days a week for many hours. The pain was pleasure. I confessed a few details of it because I didn't want to be vulnerable. It wasn't until I was told to leave a place I called home did the healing begin. I started over again in a church, new home. I joined a men's bible study and that's were it all unfolded and maturing and healing began there. God's love and His grace that I didn't deserved was given to me because He cares for me and those that seek Him. I still believe I am still healing but it is much better than what it was before.
