Saitama punches seriously, only once in the while series, and it splits the atmosphere around the entire planet, and causes winds to pick up within the cone of his punch across the globe. Lmaaaao
This solely covers OPM so moving it to Shonen.

Not much I think worst case scenary he hits a planet and destroys it, but he would survive after all there was someone he did not defeat in one punch

Well, when he swatted the mosquitoe and hit his own arm in the process, nothing really happened to him. If it was a punch, I guess nothing would happen as well
