Steam vs Origin

When it comes to racing games, what do you recommend? Origin or Steam?

The reason I'm asking this is that I want to buy the game "Grid Autosport" on PC but I'm not sure where should I buy it from.

I used to play lots of "Need for speed" but I wanted to get something else for a change, something like "Gran Tourismo" but for PC, that's why I want to try out the "Grid Autosport" series. So if anyone can offer me any tips I would much appreciate it.

I always pick steam purely for the efficiency compared to Origin. Usually my deciding factor between the two is which platform offers which games that I can't get on the other. If Steam had certain games that were only available on Origin, I would always be using steam.

I don't know if it's just me, but Origin is really unreliable as far as connections go. One time I purchased something and then the launcher went down, so I was sitting there wondering if I even got my game for two hours before it came back on.

So, because of these experiences and overall quality, I'd recommend Steam.

Origin is a lot better and a lot more reliable than what it used to be but I'm not sure why you would get a non EA-game from there unless a lot cheaper than Steam, Humble Bundle, or free.

Go with Steam. Honestly.

I'd say Steam, it's been around for a lot longer I think.
