What did you think of Himouto! Umaru-Chan?

I'm pretty Sure everyone has Seen the Cute Anime Himouto! Umaru-Chan. I really liked it, I made a Cover of the Theme song which is So Cute! I just want to know what everyone thinked of it. I see a lot of people with Umaru as there Profile Pic.

To me The Anime was Pretty Good. My favorite Character was Kirie. She was just so Bad to her Brother, which I liked a Lot to. My Favorite Episode was actually Umaru's Birthday Episode. What was your Favorite Episode?

It was alright, I enjoyed the show and everything but Umaru is really selfish and constantly lies to her "best friends" so she's not really a likable character. I actually think she's the worst character in the show. Tachibana is where it's at. She's just so straightforward and honest.

Umaru is life lol. It's not the best anime plot-wise but Umaru is too adorable that one can't say no.

I think Umaru is really mean spirited. Like, I know it's all jokes and stuff but I was turned off almost instantly. I also really hate anime that glorify otaku culture. There's nothing good about a neet lifestyle, stop deluding yourself people.

I actually love animes that have otakus in them (such as oreimo, Saenai heroine no sodatekata, the world god only knows, etc). I don't see anything wrong with them. I can be envious sometimes. They all enjoy their own lives and it's centered around anime. In this anime, Umaru is very unproductive but the author/maker gave Umaru that personality. If she didn't have that personality, it'd be another dull slice of life anime that has nothing to go on.

It also reminds me of an anime convention I attended. So many people bought the orange coat Umaru is wearing! And also the hug pillow Umaru always used and the Umaru doll!
