Muro for Drawing Anime..

Unfortunately I do not utilize that program and there aren't any active artist here anymore either so I doubt you'll find any luck here. I would recommend Deviant Art or another site dedicated to art..

Hey! I'm new on this Forum and would like some tips on using Muro for drawing Anime and Manga!

Isn't it a Deviantart application. Very similar to oekaki.
Its also very similar to photoshop painting applications and coral painter. If you PM I can give some tips, I don't use Muro - tried it a couple of times. But I do oekaki for fun.

There are some good tutorials on youtube, and pinterest to do oekaki, I'm sure there are some other places too =)
