What if Kyubey was real? What would you do?

It is not that easy. I am sure Kyubey thought of that already. Besides when Homura blasts him, he comes back revealing that he has multiple bodies.

Then again, after the credits roll at the end of Rebellion, there is that one puzzling scene.

 

Homura apparently does kill Kyubey and dances around his body before letting herself fall headfirst in what appears to be a suicide. (She falls headfirst, so she is obviously not jumping to the ground below.) There is nothing to set up that scene, so who knows? They need another movie.
