What are some must-play visual novels?

Regardless of genre, what visual novels must I absolutely have to read/play?

I've already played Fate/stay night, Tsukihime, Saya no Uta, and some smaller ones, but not nearly enough big and famous ones. I'm currently reading G-Senjou no Maou and Clannad. I also plan to buy Steins;Gate soon.

That does sound good. I'll put it on my wishlist on Steam. ^^ I won't buy it right away, since I've already decided that the next VN I buy will be Steins;Gate... But I will definitely play that. Thanks for the recommendation and the link.
