Default Help understanding meaning of "you ni shite" and "no sa"

From the song Uragiri no Yuuyake by Theatre Brook
Here's the lyrics I'm talking about.
    yakkai ni karamitsuku ase o
    kirisaku you ni shite

    And

    aa asahi wa noboru
    biru no tanima
    ima shinjireba kawaru no sa
muimi ja nai ano yume o

What does "you ni shite" and "no sa" mean?
"you ni shite" is where you're telling someone to do something right?

ようにして - requesting someone to try and do something
のさ - same meaning as のだ/んだ, commonly used in conversations, but more casual and informal than のだ/んだ.
