Well I guess this is where I should of come in the first place.

My name is 1nterest1ng and I like anime and manga. I grew up watching Anime, but when I started reading manga. I completely converted to strictly manga unless the anime in question does not have a manga. I have also started to recently read Light Novels starting with Sword Art Online.

I have just recently started showing Anime to my son starting with DragonBall something light.

Thanks parenting is tough. Even more so when your child is super smart. But he so far likes DB. Although I also have to be careful with what all I expose him too. I forgot that Bulma lifted up her dress then and showed off her panties to Goky LMAO.

Haha, oh yeah. She's pretty bad at the start with stuff like that.
I've tried getting my younger brother to watch anime, but my mum thinks it's a bad influence so she won't let me. So I think it's great hearing of parents bringing up their kids with anime.

Well I have to be careful cause my wife is not to fond of my enjoyment of Anime. But I think older stuff and maybe some off the wall shows. I am also working in my love for western comic books and we are starting with Ultimate Spiderman cartoon. We are reading the new 52 and The Superior Spiderman Comic. I think manga introduction will come later just because it is not in color so I don't think it will catch his attention.

Its tough gaming and watching anime with a baby, but kids are worth it. I know eventually I will get back into the full swing of it.

My son just turned 5 this last month. He is a joy. We have a great time together. When he was 3 we started playing Epic Mickey 2 together on the PS3. We are just now starting to watch anime, and western cartoons that don't really have a meaningful lesson at the end.

Aww I remember when I taught my little cousin how to play the new syper Mario bros on the Wii, he was around 5 I think.

I found hello kitty seasons cheaper at a game thrift for her, we do her stuff in hello kitty, Disney princesses, and so forth.
