I see myself in my own decently sized apartment or a cozy house. Probably no spouse or kids, seeing how relationships are exhausting, and I get enough joy from just being with close friends and family. I'll be working as an Investigator with a degree in Criminal Justice and Forensics. I'll be fluent in Japanese, German, Italian, and/or Russian. Maybe pursuing another degree. I also plan to have a novel or two published by then. And I wanna learn more instruments.

Other than all that, I still plan on being the same ol' weird caffeine and manga addict from AF.

i'm going to be married to Britney Spears, own two jets, one shaped like a Blue Peeps Whitey Dragon and one shaped like my penis (curved to the left with only one engine on the left), i'll be a multi-quadrillionaire maniac playboy who buys planets then hires Vegeta to blow them up for my amusement, i'll own Obama (he'll be my lapdog who licks peanut butter off my sack, i'll have twenty-seven crimson gargoyles that terrorize people who come near my thirty acre murder-dome and do my bidding, i'll hire the finest chefs who are executed after preparing my meals, demon succubi will constantly be within arm's reach for me to rape and kill, my mother and older and younger brothers will be my Captain, Enforcer and Gunsmith respectively, all my enemies will be forced to listen to Justin Beiber albums then shot in the face, all my friends will have their own annexes to my murder-dome that they run independently with their own police forces and armies, but my army will surpass them all and consist of 1,000 A Class vampires (like Alucard from Hellsing), 5,000 Dark Knights from Dark Souls, 10 Abyss Demons from Dark souls, 20,000 Zerglings, 3 Dragonbourns, 1 Sepkis Prime, 1 Optimus Prime and various demons from Diablo mythology.

Now: I don't have a clue what I'll do next.

For myself I've already got the great job, wife, and super cute daughters. I guess I'll be dealing with a 13 year old in five years time. Ugh. Although modern cell phones might mean I can track her constantly, and listen in on what she's saying at any time. Hmmmm.

Otherwise I'm at a junction of how to spend my time, and if I want to have more kids or not.

This thread made me curious to see if there's an older version around. There is, and it's old enough where it's been over five years (and close to ten). Of course most people have left AF. But I'm curious about how things match up from those that are still around from that thread.

I didn't remember what I wrote until I saw it again. Post from 2007, so 5 years from then was 2012. It's true that I already graduated with degree 2 years ago. My profession right now is graphic designer, though not a successful one. ;-; More like I'm still an apprentice. And 5 years from now, I think I'll be married already. The thought of marriage doesn't terrify me as much as it did when I was a teenager, lol.

I went through the entire thread to see if I had posted in it years ago..apparently I didn't. Well, I see myself having my accounting designation for sure. I see myself being engaged in the 5 year time frame. Marriage will probably follow some time either within the 5 years or years later. Might have a house and maybe a new car. Hopefully have a permanent career by then. :3

That's still there? Damn. I haven't been a paid photographer in a while, so that might need to change.

As far as "better" goes, I'm working a back-breaking warehouse job making kinda meh money, I have debt that I put on myself like an idiot, and my photography hasn't taken off the way I wanted it to. That all being said, I can honestly say I'm in a good spot right now. I have an amazing girl in my life who is supporting me through all this, and I hope that she'll be with me in the next 5 years, I'll have my debt paid off, and we'll be living together and making a new life for ourselves.
