What happen to my Signature

I have 1 signature showing when I check what happen to the other signature because I have both my signatures for a longtime and why would you delete it.

I have both of them for a more than a month why would you delete it now.

We removed it over a month ago on 8/10. It's way too big with both of them + they are both gifs. Hinders page loading.
