Honestly, it's hard to tell you aren't a native English speaker. You use it better than of my irl friends.
Anyway, I would offer to help if I had actual internet or a computer. But I'm stuck using a phone with limited data, so there's not much I can really do to help.
If you don't find help here, you can try posting over at http://www.reddit.com/r/language_exchange
My mood on a daily basis
I could give you a hand at some American slang and subtext with some grammar too. And I wouldn't mind learning how to spell some of the stuff I learned vocally in German. Danish might be fun too, or at least fun to pick on my niece with (her nickname is Danish). XD
As it's been said, you're English isn't really that bad. I've seen worse from Americans. lol
Though I do work a lot, so contacting me on a consistent basis may not be easy from time to time.
I'm not a native English speaker myself but I'd say your English is fine. German and Danish sounds like interesting languages to learn. I might PM you one of these days if you don't mind. In terms of teaching English, well, frankly I don't make a good teacher myself and again, I'm not a native speaker. There's only so much I can teach, sorry. ._.

Thanks to Ms Lucy for this awesome, funny gif.
The person that you are now is not the person that I used to know. You're becoming a stranger that I've never met before. Not liking the change though.
