In the visual novel game "My Girlfriend is the President", you have:

Ohama

Which obviously is supposed to be a similar name to Obama, who is of course the current US president.

Then you have Vladimirovna Putina

Which obviously is supposed to be a similar name to Vladimir Putin, who is of course the current Russian president.

And yes, in the game, Ohama is the US president, and Vladimirovna Putina is the Russian president.

Just an interesting note, there is no USA (United States of America) in the game. The US in the game is actually a fictional country called the United States of Nippon (where Nippon is the Japanese word for Japan). Also, note that in this game, Russia is called Rusia (only one "s" in the game's spelling).

Interesting contrasting-connection to real world events:
Despite the fact that in real life the US and Russia (and therefore Obama and Putin) are not on friendly terms, it appears that at least in part of the game, Ohama and Putina are friends.

A similarity-connection to real world events is that in the game, Ohama has the power to brainwash her followers. In the game, this is accomplished by some special technology she has implanted in her. In real life, Obama's power to brainwash comes from the fact he's a charasmatic speaker, and knows exactly what to say and when to get Americans to follow and believe him (though with recent scandals, Obama's approval rating and believability is sunk). The game was originally released in 2009 in Japan, and therefore its connection to real world events doesn't reflect more recent events.
