i can't wait to start going to the beach and outdoor pools. spring/summer are the best time of year to go to outdoorsy things.

Heh, it's still pretty cold here. In fact, it snowed and rained the past few days. When the springy weather is here officially, I'm renewing my gym membership and not be as much of a shut in any more. That definitely helps the depression the winter has brought me the last few years.

There's an idea. Too bad I have no place to store a boat. Though I do live right next to a river now. As in I can see it out the bay window. Otherwise could be fun just just spend a day floating down the river.

You do know you can get a boat for $7/800. They only break the bank if you need things like propellers. I'd just get a long straight one I can lay down in. As for shoes I've got one pair and been wearing them for a decade now. Really should get new ones.

My parents bought a yacht ... cost them $15,000.

Yet somehow they couldn't afford things like 'central heating' and 'christmas presents' back when I lived with them.

the seasons have no impact on my daily life because i mostly just stay in and play video games. the warmer weather will make my commute to work a lot better though, since i'll be riding a moped.

You do know you can get a boat for $7/800. They only break the bank if you need things like propellers. I'd just get a long straight one I can lay down in.

Do you mean a Canoe? You can get those starting at about $400 for a new one. Kayaks are even cheaper. Good for exercise and dates in my experience.

More of a fishing boat. Can't really lay down in a canoe since they're too narrow for my frame.
