either get their foot or enlarge them to fit the screen

is the scan low-res? strech it keeping the aspect ratio.

ok dont' change the size of it, just keep it the way it is and add a bar under and top to make it look like a screen cap..since its a small pic and may be a low resolution image its going to be grainy and really pixelated if you enlarge it. And may be add some text.
