Any Dungeons and Dragons-eque Anime to recommend?
I'm not referring to the American cartoon, although if there were something anime like that I'd be interested in seeing it. But I've watched Record of Lodoss War I liked it a lot. Scrapped Princess was good, not exactly D&D but good. Just something that really captures the feel.

In terms of just being in a high fantasy setting? Rune Soldier and The Slayers come to mind.
I know violence isn't the answer. It's the question, and the answer is yes.

I've watched some of Slayers. Haven't heard of Rune Soldier. I'll have to look it up

i'd second sword art online. its a great anime and definitely fits a d&d type world.

"Record of Lodoss War" was great, but "Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight" was on my List of the top five WORST ANIMES EVER CREATED! They totally ruined it for me. ;__; *sobs,*
