il admit it the vending machine is a good cheap way of geting food but when what you buy gets stuck is the worst when you loose $1-$1.75 in something you bought but surprise surprise it gets stuck

Waste of money. Only for soda really
I rarely ever use vending machines.

Rarely use them... only when I really, really, really need something to drink.
I am diabetic. I am not allowed to drink Sodas. As for Snacks, I am overweight and really do not need to eat Potato Chips.

Costs more here usually to buy from a vending machine than a store. Though, there is a vending machine that sells cheap cans of soft drink at my city station. I sometimes buy cans from there if I find myself with change and am thirsty. Other than that, I pretty much never buy from vending machines.

Much as possible, I avoid them. There is one vending machine that gives you the option to use a credit/debit card, I didn't have any change on me and I used it. The motherglubber took 3 bucks from me. Rude!! >38(
No, it was just 1.25 for the Pepsi. But what kind of irritated me most that the water was 1.75 for a bottle. I carry my own water bottle since.
Yeah I always take my own water with me so that I don't get charged like that
Only used for convenience and last resort. Very hungry or thirsty. I see a vending machine. Put coins in vending machine. Hunger and thirst is quenched.
Vending machines at work take cards and are super cheap. At one point someone bought a drink and it didn't dispense fully so other people bought a drink to try and knock it out and that didn't work. Well one of the people went back later to get something and as soon as they swiped their card the drink they didn't receive due to the pile-up fell out. I thought that was cool how the machine knew it was in debt to that card and dropped the item before they chose anything.

More than drinking fountains and less than claw machines
The only vending machine I use is the coffee one that's supposed to be for clients at my workplace.
I love vending machines when they don't spit out my money and give me two of what I ordered.
I try to lay off the junk food, so I don't really buy much stuff from vending machines.
Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!
love em! We have two on base that accept credit/debit cards lol

I use vending machines all the time and have never had anything get stuck nor have had my money stolen.
You could always do what Mikoto Misaka does...

I only like vending machines if they have my favorite snack of drink.
But most of the time I dislike them.
Unless it's the ones in Japan. c:
