I'm finding the manga with the name in this image, but i cant find only with an image :X Someone knows this?

Hmmm, I don't think this is really a manga name.

神見捨てた, read kami misuteta, is a sentence fragment that can mean either "God-forsaken [object]" or "[subject] abandoned God" (Technically, the ambiguity exists due to omitting an explicit subject or object particle...), although it's significantly more likely the former.

I looked it up on multiple manga/anime database websites but nothing showed up. I also briefly googled it both in romaji and Japanese, but in the former nothing showed up, and in the latter no sufficiently matching results* showed up.

* Not sure if something like Kami-sama ni Misuterareta 20 Hiai is close enough...

This is not = / the only thing I remember is a character who has the power to eradicate things, like an OVA, if I'm not mistaken, he eradicated the color blue, and it uses two bolts as a weapon

I got this picture with my friend, he did not remember the name, so he sent the picture to which I research on the Internet by name, but so far have not found even a clue = / and the only things I remember are whether a girl, is main character, very strong, which is what the name of the manga/anime, and this character that uses bolts as a weapon, which is supposedly an antagonist; and is an anime/manga School Life too
