I like the Entei best of all of them, the Eevee evolutions are cool too.

If there's anything I can say work on it's adding more detail and trying to get the lighting consistent/correct. Those are really the only two things that sets anyone apart from the really-cool-super-realistic-ones you see everywhere Apart from that a little anthro/animal study on the heads, and I'd say you're good to go =D
