English is my second language, so it's foreign language. Does that count?
Other than that, I learn Arabic and a little bit Japanese.
Honestly, it's interesting to learn new languages if it's not for school.

Thanks to Ms Lucy for this awesome, funny gif.
The person that you are now is not the person that I used to know. You're becoming a stranger that I've never met before. Not liking the change though.
Learning Japanese right now then Thai.
I speak Japanese and learned Mandarin Chinese a bit almost 10 years ago

I know Illonggo, Hokkien Chinese, basic Tagalog, basic Mandarin Chinese, and basic Korean.
I actually want to learn Russian. I know just a few words but I'm falling apart. 38(
No, not really.
The only languages that I know are english and swedish (swedish is the mother tounge) and I am quite satisfied with that. The thing is... I would like to know other languages, like japanese, arabic and so on but I'm not actually interested in learning them. Ehm oufh... how to explain this.... *thinking* ... I would like to know them - but I don't have the interest to actually sit down and learning/study them (hope you understand).
Lol, I guess languages arn't my biggest interest. Or more correctly, I don't like to study that much.~ Well, atleast I'm trying to improve/maintain my english by, for example, being in here. That gives me atleast some credit points, right?
So don't kill me!
I look so bad in here right now... ;-;

What kind of language is Illonggo? Is it a african one? I tried to google it but couldn't find any good answer.

I am fluent in English, and I know some French and Cantonese. I have always wanted to learn Japanese and German.
I learned English.
Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!
Learning a new language is a challenge that I enjoy.
I've taken three years of German [forgotten most of it.] Took a year of Japanese [forgot most of that too.] Gonna relearn them at some point and add Spanish to that mix [and hopefully not forget it...]
English and Spanish were my first languages. I want to learn Arabic, Latin, Italian, Portuguese, and Japanese.
I've always wanted to learn Chinese and Japanese, Chinese since I was a child, Japanese since Vocaloid but I've giving up those dreams because both those languages are extremely hard to learn, I was thinking about learning Korean because SeeU but I don't know, I just don't enough time (that I would like to use) to learn a new language. Right now I know Spanish (first language) and English, my English is way better than my Spanish though because I know 5 year old Spanish only.

I learn English when I was kid. I learn Spanish in school. I learn Japanese in big school. I learn basic Mandarin in big school too.
I'm not really interested in starting on a fifth. I can barely remember those four well enough.
Less is more.
I can speak Dutch, English basic German, few words of french. Thats really all i need.
I know Chinese, English, Bahasa Melayu and Cantonese. But I stagger a lot when I talk in Bahasa Melayu and Cantonese cuz I don't talk much in those languages. It's ironic I can't talk well in Cantonese though I hear it every day. My friends whine at my bad Cantonese so in the end I can't practice at all. I'm learning Japanese though I'm really slow now because of school work.
To tell the truth I really love learning and speaking in different languages. I admire Singaporean people cuz most of them can speak fluently in English, Chinese, Hokkien and even Bahasa Melayu. I'm planning to learn Korean, German and Italian. Dunno whether I will make it though lol. Looks too ambitious.

Life may be hard, it's a big pain in the butt. But hey, who says behind all those pain, can't hide some happiness ?
I detest learning new languages. Fortunately, I spent a portion of my childhood in an English-speaking environment, so I know some English in addition to my native language, which is Japanese. But that's about it.
I learned some French early in college, but just enough to pass the class.

I speak fluent English and quite a bit of German
Ah, I'm boring xD
I obviously speak English and I did French and Spanish at secondary school (aged 11-15). I also learnt Latin for a year, but that doesn't really count, as it is a dead language.

I speak Portuguese as my native tongue but now a days English is becoming my first choice of language when talking to someone since my Portuguese vocabulary is rather limited compared to my English one. I also speak Spanish and basic Japanese. I know bits and pieces of Korean, French and Italian.

Im attempting to learn Spanish though its not really sticking..
Yes, I actually love learning other languages.
After all, that is what I'd like to study. Currently I am
bilingual in English and French. I know basic Spanish
(learning more of it in college) and I am also taking
a Mandarin Chinese course in college, as well.
Yay for cultures and languages! \o/
I've studied a bit of Japanese, and because the next course won't come round for six months I'm taking an introductory Latin course at the moment. Well, starts in a month, but still
Thanks to all who helped me out with my research project! Really appreciated!
I want to...
- Improve my English
- Learn Korean a bit more . . . heol =___=;
- Learn Cantonese (Chinese for those who don't know)
Outside I don't think I have any desire for learning languages.
