Do you spend some time to get physically fit, like having morning jogs, calisthenics, sports, etc.? If yes, do you follow a regular schedule, or just on the spur of the moment?

have two exercises: one to keep my back straight, since I have dextroscoliosis; another to put some muscles on my skinny body. As much as I want to follow a regular schedule, I just fail to do so, and most of the time I exercise because I just feel like it. Occasionally, I play badminton with my mom during weekends.
