There have been some recent exchange of missile launches between Israelis and Palestinians in Gaza. Israel claims terrorists and missile launch sites were targets in retaliation for recent terrorist missile launches against Israel. Palestinians claim Israel was instead targeting civilians.

Basically more of the same stuff that's been going on, but it's a particularly big flare up of the violence now.
