PS Vita or 3DS?

I've been wanting to get a new handheld gaming device, haven't had one since the GBASP, and I loved that thing.

3DS has Pokemon and other Nintendo games I'm familiar with, and PS Vita I don't know exactly what I could get, but I hear Persona 4: Golden is awesome, and I've been itching for a good RPG.

What do you suggest AF? ^_^

My friend was talking about persona 4 x3 he said it was great but he said he still regrets getting a PS vita. Id say go with the 3DS, but i'm a biased pokemon lover.xD

I'd say 3DS, but I'm a fanboy; my opinion can't be trusted.
I'm not familiar with the Vita's lineup, but the 3DS is finally picking up enough to really spark my interest.

And get Playstation Plus...the first 4 games are awesome as well as FF Tactics. (Uncharted is decent for the Vita...)

None of them have games, none of them are top-notch in technology anymore. Vita outranks the 3DS easily in technology so I would personally go for that (not to mention Nintendo has no main series Pokemon games for the 3DS, only for the DS still), plus it's going to have Playstation All-Stars: Battle Royale, which is like Super Smash Brothers but the Playstation version, the only other game that has caught my attention if Project Diva f (but I'm a VOCALOID fanboy so you probably won't like that game) and Gravity Rush which is apparently a very good game, oh yeah, and that exclusive Assassin's Creed game may catch your eye.
