Best vacation

As the title says, Whats the best vacation any of you guys/grls have been on. Where did you go? what did you do? Why was it the best?

I'm in state college Pennsylvania right now on a mini vacation kinda of. Here visiting my brother and his girlfriend this weekend. Went to a few fairs that are goin on here this weekend and its been really fun. Tons of different booths/tents with all sorts of different vendors and items to buy. Anyways, made me wonder, whats the best vacation you guys have been on?

Cancun on spring break....all inclusive trip, The Moon Palace was gorgeous! Right on the beach, plus all the tourist sites were awesome...getting to drive a race boat against other tour members was the best. Among other things...

San luis, and Santa cruz. Great experience and i'm glad i was lucky enough to see so many wonderfull places at my age. Nice thread man! ^_^

Really hard to tell but I'll choose Summer 2010: one week tour trip - France, Belgium, Holland, Germany and Luxemburg - and another week in Taizé, France. Those were really great vacations

Definitely when my family and I went skiing in West Virginia. Being from Florida, seeing snow for the first time was enough fun in itself- and we came during the middle of one of the fiercest snowstorms they had had in a while. It was just so fun, I'd love to do it again.

To be honest the only holidays i have had are the ones when i go to visit my parents or grandparents. I havent had what people normally consider a holiday (like 7 day vacation or something). I have had few trips to places that have lasted 4 days max. So i guess they are my holidays.

My favourite holiday has been when i last visited my parents/grandparents and siblings for 10 days in row. Also did some traveling around that place there. Saw old friends and stuff like that.

The work trip to Finland must take second place. Ye-ye i know it does not constitute as normal holiday, as mornings were all on seminars and meetings, but was getting around here and there after that and loved it Great time

I think my best vacation I've had, and well I can just say two places I've went. In 2009, I went to Boracay beach in the Philippines and we stayed there for a week. It's a lovely beach and I love being near the water, and every single day the weather was just perfect and so was the vacation there itself. And my second best vacation I've been on was in 2010, my graduation present was going on a week cruise to Cozumel. I could stay on the boat and I didn't have to go around Cozumel but maybe the experience on the cruise is amazing and it was just wonderful. Anything involving with the beach or relaxation, it's considered as a real vacation to me. haha

I'd made some few short cruzes (like an hour or so) but defientely would like to go on some big boat with pool and all those stuffs and stay there relaxing for a week or so

I like them places, i havent been to Norway yet, but Estonia, Finland and Sweden all three are absolutely fabulous.
Worth taking some longer time off to circle all these. Hope u get there!

So far, besides my country Portugal, I've been to Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Holland, Belgium, Luxemburg, Chech Republic, Slovaquia and Austria, so still some really nice places to see on Europe, and those four you mentioned are all in my to visit list
