Anyone else purchase the game? If so, hit me up if you're on Dragonfall; just add Eigenvalues to friends list.

Anyways, for those of you who don't know what it is, TERA is a new MMO (released May 2nd, so just over one week ago) that has some admittedly stunning visuals (especially for a game using an old UT engine), and boasts an action-oriented combat system. That is, instead of locking onto a target and just spamming skills, you have to aim your reticle (like the crosshairs in an FPS) and actually AIM your abilities or else you miss. There's no RNG dodge/parry system, defense is purely based on players using their abilities to get out of the way of attacks or blocking them.
It's hard to describe how the gameplay is with words though, so here's a few videos instead:
People like to compare it to Monster Hunter, but I feel it's much more fast paced personally, closer to Dragon Nest if you've ever played either.
In any case, the combat system keeps the pve pretty exciting (and makes the PvP AMAZING), and the environment design is absolutely spectacular. My computer is ridonkulously old, but the game still looks incredible. My brother and I have been playing together, and a joke we keep saying to each other while levelling is "Look up!"
It basically means that you need to stop focusing on your crosshairs and turn the camera up to appreciate the scenery. I've been trying to remember to take some screenshots as I go through the zones, but I only managed to take a few. Here they are:
Picture of the first ~50 quest hub
The high elf capital, Allemantheia, as you see it coming out of the flight gate
Flyby shot of the moat surrounding Allemantheia
Another flyby
Late 40's questing area
Early 40's questing zone
Yes, your flight paths go through god damn STARGATES. Anyways, first flight to the human capitol after finishing the noob zone.
