Can't remember this one manga...

I read a manga a little while back, but I can't remember which it was. The main character was a teenage guy. There were a whole bunch of random suicides occurring, each one with a message to "go die.". The main character refused this order, and ended up with some kind of special power, I think, but I can't remember what. Can anyone tell me what manga this is?
