Hi everyone,

What are your favourite metal bands?

At the moment, mine consists of bands such as Bring Me The Horizon, Suicide Silence, Parkway Drive, We Came As Romans etc.

I have also recently taken a liking to a band called Woe Is Me, they are absolutely amazing <3

Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax, Iron Maiden, Pantera, etc...
New Metallica though... Oh my. If anyone's heard anything off of 'Lulu', especially The View, I don't need to explain myself much further. That 'artwork' made St. Anger seem like a masterpiece. xD
I've recently found myself taking a liking to prog. metal as well! Such as Dream Theater, Symphony X, Kamelot... Does anyone know any good bands similar to these?

Love the old stuff like metalica, mega death abd godsmack. Im realy into the metalcore band called all that remains. Go search up "empty inside", by all that remains.

I was raised listening to bands like Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, and Led Zeppelin. I remember I was in kindergarten when I first heard "Enter The Sandman" by Metallica!
But, despite such vintage roots, I also enjoy the current Heavy Metal scene. Avenged Sevenfold & System of A Down are my top favorites.

Does anyone here remember State Craft? Those guys were gods! I know they were in a band called GIVE UP THE GHOST afterward, but I don't know if they are still active!!
