To be honest, all colors can be beautiful when done right and ugly when done wrong. The hue, saturation and luminescence values of the color, as well as its combination with its surroundings, they all can make or break any given color.
See images as examples in which all colors are attractive to my taste (maybe except the red in the upper left corner of the second pic):
My question: If you played in a musical group or band, would you prefer to play melody or rhythm section?
