The comments were really lousy, putting it into a debate if its editing or not.
That is REALLY tiring and wasting my time.

Could you perhaps elaborate a bit more on what your intentions were when you manipulated them?
Not everything is black and white like that.
I'm sort of confused... It really just looks like you ran some photos through a filter... I'm kind of confused here... What exactly have you done to the photo to "manipulate it" besides running it through what appears to be one of photoshops filters.

Ehm I will explain what I did.
First I did some normal editing, contrast etc.
Then I used a filter indeed. But the lines were really thin.
So I brushed lines above that. Took me a while to get it that way.
As I said, I am not highly experienced with photoshop.
Please dont judge me too heavily .. D:
I wanted to make it look like someone drew this. Like a drawing.
That was my goal and I think I reached that o.o
But "you" don't really do anything if you just run it through a preset filter that's already there? It just looks like it was ran through the ink outlines filter [which using a filter isn't really your own doing, it's more of letting PS do the work for you] and then some color modifications which according to the definition of photo manipulation:
“Photo manipulation is the application of image editing techniques to photographs in order to create an illusion or deception (in contrast to mere enhancement or correction), through analog or digital means.
Simply changing the color, hue, tone & brightness are not considered Photomanipulation."
I mean it's cool and all, the image almost seems hand drawn.. But I'd like to know what actually went into making it like that or if they let photoshop do it for them.
edit----
nvm they posted how they did it above me.. So that answers mah question ^_^

Not everything is black and white like that.
Nag nag nag. You dont listen to what I say.
You dont give me advice either.
And if I wanted a full on rainbow on there,
with several layers etc. I would have done that.
But if you would have payed attention: I LOVE MINIMALISM.
I don't enjoy this anymore. Waste of my time really.
Please close this if you are a mod or admin! Thanks.
But, I haven't had the time to write a constructed text! This takes time, really. o_O
Not everything is black and white like that.
Since when is asking if you let photoshop do the work for you or if you actually did anything nagging?
And apparently since you're so touchy about it the answer is "yes I ran the image through an automatic filter on photoshop without doing much of the manipulation myself.. So I'm going to say I'm tired of this and call a mod to close this"
Am I right...? I didn't nag I just asked if you did anything besides run it through a filter to achieve your desired look and gave you a definition of photo manipulation. If you don't like to be asked what you did besides an obvious filter and the definition of photo manipulation then that's your problem not mine dear ^__^

Again darling.. I did the lines (the black ones) myself.
I am not touchy. I am just disappointed you have no clue what art is.
Ladies, ladies! Art is multi-interpretable! That's why there are so many kinds of art-streams.
Not everything is black and white like that.

I said that, go look at my first response.
And I studied Photographic Design
I am not some noob.
Make up your mind.. Are you or are you not "some noob" Apparently you are if you wanted us to go easy on you because you said you're not good at this... And now you say otherwise. If you were not a noob you'd
1. Be more confident in your work, and STILL have it up without taking it down. Because you're supposed to be proud of all of your works and be able to tell anyone what exactly YOU did to your works.
2. Not even really have to use a filter in the first place
3. Say to a stranger they don't know what art is when preset photoshop filters are not art. Sorry.
4. Notice that you accused me of nagging and not listening to what you said in the first place when I edited my post seeing as how you posted right before me and I clearly see how I said "edit---- nvm they posted how they did it above me.. So that answers mah question ^_^"
and you just keeept on going. I'm done..
