Anyone here been there? It's a huge convention type event held in Japan with self published works, anime stuff, and of course cosplay. Lots of cosplay (mostly women). Then again, go to any anime con in the world and find that most cosplayers are indeed female.

I'm not that familiar with cons outside the US, but from the pictures I've seen of Comiket, it looks like an outdoors event.
