Naruto RPG Character Signature Request

Hello, I was wondering if someone might be able to make me a signature for a RPG Forum site I'm on. The image I'd like to have this based on is as follows:

As far as the theme goes, I'd like it to be a blue sky-like theme that draws attention to the blue in his eyes. Something like 600x150. I'm not sure if you can remove the green (trees) from the picture provide and focus mainly on the character himself, but... yeah... If anyone would be up to trying this and needs more details, feel free to ask me please. Thanks again!

EDIT: Oh, and if you could throw in the text "Hinasuke Nagori" where you might think it looks best? Preferably in elegant writing?
