I think it's from Kami-sama no Memo-chou (Notebook of God).

I know but when I did a search of God's Notebook and the first result was mangafox and it had 8 volumes so that is good for me - under the assumption that *this* manga is the source of the anime.

As RyuTama explained (twice), "God's Notebook" is merely one way to translate the name of the anime,"Kami-sama no Memo-chō". Search using the actual name of the anime, not the translation.

Kami-sama no Memo-chō was actually a light novel series before it was a manga. And the anime is adapted from the manga.

The name of the character in the picture is Alice (well, her name is Yūko Shionji, but she calls herself Alice). As you can see in your picture, she is obsessed with Dr. Pepper. She is rarely seen without a teddy bear...or two...or three.
