I saw this image on a Youtube video that was from a TV news story on police trying to stop CP (at least I that's what it looked like the idea of the story was, but I didn't get a word of it cause it wasn't in English).

Well in this one scene, lets just say the guy hired to censor it for the news demonstrated his lack of knowledge on how to properly use the "mosaic" tool in Photoshop.

So I screencapped it from Youtube and used Gimp to make this demotivator (and also annotate the image a bit in red, just in case you didn't get why this had to do with noobs).

Actually my post was a "demotivator" intent. It was NOT to condone CP. Whatever perve took the original image (the that was being covered in that news story), deserves to be SHOT IN THE FACE. Yes I DID create the demotivator. And it's really a funny demotivator at that. And I no, I have no further reason to keep that pixelated image. Why do you think I still have it? If you're gonna complain about my demotivator, why not complain to Youtube that they have a news story from the TV news on their site which is a story about cops catching the makers of CP and contains a poorly censored image, and thus the video should be removed? Yeah, why not take all your whining to the place I FOUND the image which is YOUTUBE!

Oh yeah, and one more reason I posted it. I already know what you think about me posting my loli animes, so I realized that If I posted an IRL loli pic from such a news story (even though it is pixelated by the news company to make it legal), and even if I posted it in demotivator form (instead of a direct Youtube rip) you would RAGE about it. LOLing at your demotivator. You don't even know the laws in my state. In Washington State, a parent can give permission for a minor to get married. Being married to that minor is recognized under the law as consent to have sex. So even if a minor doesn't on their own have the legal right to consent to have sex, their parent can consent to them being married, and then marrying that individual DOES legally constitute consent to have sex. Read the laws, that you can be found guilty of a sex crime for involving a minor. They ALL state that the minor in question must not be married to the older person in question, if that person is to be guilty of a sex crime.

I'm quoting here directly from the official laws of Washington State as found at http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw and covering the statutory rape laws from "least bad" (3rd degree) to worst (1st degree), and I've also bolded and underlined and italicized the important phrase in each, to make sure you don't miss it.

A person is guilty of rape of a child in the third degree when the person has sexual intercourse with another who is at least fourteen years old but less than sixteen years old and not married to the perpetrator and the perpetrator is at least forty-eight months older than the victim.

A person is guilty of rape of a child in the second degree when the person has sexual intercourse with another who is at least twelve years old but less than fourteen years old and not married to the perpetrator and the perpetrator is at least thirty-six months older than the victim.

A person is guilty of rape of a child in the first degree when the person has sexual intercourse with another who is less than twelve years old and not married to the perpetrator and the perpetrator is at least twenty-four months older than the victim.

So to put it simply, if a person over the age of consent marries a minor with the parents' permission, and while married they engage in sexual intercourse, NO CRIME HAS OCCURRED!



That was for statutory rape. For child molestation (which means contact of a sexual nature but not actual sexual intercourse) the laws (again listed from least to worst, that is 3rd degree to 1st degree) state that:

A person is guilty of child molestation in the third degree when the person has, or knowingly causes another person under the age of eighteen to have, sexual contact with another who is at least fourteen years old but less than sixteen years old and not married to the perpetrator and the perpetrator is at least forty-eight months older than the victim.

A person is guilty of child molestation in the second degree when the person has, or knowingly causes another person under the age of eighteen to have, sexual contact with another who is at least twelve years old but less than fourteen years old and not married to the perpetrator and the perpetrator is at least thirty-six months older than the victim.

In other words, if a minor and an adult are married, it is not illegal for the adult to touch the minor in a sexual manner.

Actually Jessi Slaughter was much tamer than this because it didn't deal with porn at all (although a couple of the pics were a bit risque, nothing close to porn, and the images along with the descriptive text and couple sample videos, were meant to show how she clearly had issues). The ENTIRE point of that post was that it dealt with an extremely disturbed young girl and the problems she faced on the internet. It was a NEWS STORY about her. It was not done to be "sensational" or "shocking" like some of my other posts. It was ENTIRELY meant to be informational. And yet you guys STILL downvoted it just as strongly as you have done to this "demotivator" post (which WAS posted just to be shocking).

You guys clearly can NOT TELL the difference between my GOOD POSTS and my INTENTIONALLY BAD POSTS!

It wasn't illegal to post this. It was properly censored for TV news (even if in my personal opinion I think that the guy doing the censoring should have done a better job). If it's an image allowed to be shown on TV news then it surely wouldn't be illegal to show on a forum. Most people are hating because you do post "pedo" stuff, like that stuff about the twelve yr old Jessi Slaughter, or whatever her name is. I think it is really inappropriate to post this kind of stuff on these forums, mainly because it is a PG-13 forum. Even if it is pixelated and legal, it is still very inappropriate. People are trolling on you, because you are a troll in general, and most people in this community dislike what you post and blog.
