First time I tried to make the Mangekyou Sharingan of Sasuke.
(From Naruto Shippuuden in case you didn't knew yet)
What do you guys think? Any tips/suggestions for the next time?

Why limit yourself to a Sharingan? Changing eye color or design is relatively easy, what about changing her hair color? Adding tattoos? Or better yet, if you could get a full body person, and put them somewhere else, that could be interesting.

It is my second time doing an eye-manipulation. :|
I changed the hair to a darker color since Sasuke has darker hair too.
Could you be any more harsh? Damn.
If you don't know the subject (this character in Naruto - who has NO tattoo's or w/e) just.. don't comment.

then try somthing like get a hiddenleaf head band it will also make you look like him.
