I need help figuring out this anime I saw a long time ago.

I'm looking for an anime where an angel mixes up the files in heaven and screws up the life of one guy and makes him into a girl. There is also a gynecologist who recognizes women by their vaginas and his daughter's files get mixed up. Please help!
